How to Order

Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, depending on stock availability. If your order is going to take longer then this we will contact you.
Orders will be sent by Recorded Delivery, postage and packing costs £2.50. If you require your item to be sent on a next day service (Special Delivery) please add a further £2.00
International orders
As a general rule add £5 to European orders, £10 to USA orders, and £15 to all other international orders. We will contact you prior to processing your order to make sure you are happy to proceed.
Returns
If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an immediate refund or exchange. Goods must be in new and unworn condition.
We recommend sending your goods back by recorded or special delivery please ensure that adequate postal insurance is included, especially for higher value items. We regret that return postage costs will not be refunded unless of course you have received a faulty item.
The refund shall be made in the same form of payment the original purchase was made. For example, the refund will be credited back to the purchasing credit card.
