Prices and Payment
All prices on the silverhalo.co.uk website are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. We are not an e-commerce site and orders must be placed either by e-mail or telephone. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or cheque payable to Silver Halo Design Ltd, please allow time for funds to clear.
We aim to deliver your goods to you within 3 days of receipt of your order. If your order is likely to take longer then this we will contact you.
We deliver anywhere in the UK for £3.95.
All our goods are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery which requires a signature upon receipt. Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the goods. If this isn't possible Royal Mail will hold the goods at your local post office for 7-10 days after which time they will be returned to us.
We will also deliver anywhere else around the world (although charges for this will vary from time to time). If you require a different mode of delivery then please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
You may cancel your order without reason, within 7 working days from you receiving the goods. You will be refunded any amount you have been charged less postage.
Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.
If you would like an exchange/alternative item then please specify item required and don't forget to send us your name and address.
It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
Natural Elements
Many of our pieces feature natural materials - semi-precious stones, mother of pearl etc so colours and markings will inevitably vary slightly from piece to piece.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
